Customer Satisfaction Barometer distinguished on the 39th Quality Colloquium
APQ assigns Honorable Mention to the Grupo CH
The Grupo CH submitted to the members of the jury of the Technical Committee of the 39th Quality Colloquium the improving action "Implementation of Customer Satisfaction Barometer" having been awarded with an Honourable Mention.
The purpose of this award is to distinguish actions developed by Improvement Teams and also contribute to the dissemination, with the quality of professional community, of the best practices for continuous improvement on organizations.
The first place was awarded to ISS – Departamento Administração, Património e Obras, with the improvement action "Process of confirmation of the remuneration information and contributory periods of the Centro Distrital do Porto”.
Customer satisfaction is one of the obsessions of the Grupo CH and was for that purpose that was developed a constant Assessment Barometer of ongoing projects to achieve monitor customer satisfaction levels.
